Does your pricing of 5% + $0.30 per transaction include the Stripe fee?

Yes, our pricing is inclusive of the Stripe fee; we pay your Stripe fee.

What happens if a customer misses a payment or their payment method is declined?

We send them an email with a copy of the customer agreement they signed along with a friendly warning. We then automatically retry the charge in 48 hours.

I have a website, but I don't have one of the listed ecommerce integrations. Can I still use Partial.ly on my website?

Yes. Just contact us so we can assist you in getting Partial.ly added to your website.

Contact us right away. We can assist in contacting the merchant and may be able to refund your purchase.
